I didn’t start this to sell trips.
I started Liminal Escapes because I know what it feels like…
To be standing in a life that no longer fits,
and not know what comes next.
I help plan and book travel experiences—
sometimes beginning with a destination,
sometimes with something quieter…
a feeling that hasn’t fully taken shape yet.
Not a vacation.
Not an escape in the way people usually mean it.
Just a quiet knowing.
That something is shifting,
and you’re meant to follow it.
Hi — I’m Sabina.
I live in a slower corner of South Carolina,
in an old home that has held a lot of life,
on land that reminds me daily
that things take time to grow into what they’re meant to be.
I’ve learned to pay attention to what most people move past—
the pauses,
the transitions,
the moments where something unseen is changing shape beneath the surface.
That’s where this work comes from.
I don’t believe the desire to journey is random.
I think sometimes it’s how we’re guided.
A place begins to form in your mind.
A feeling that won’t let go.
A restlessness that doesn’t make sense on paper.
And maybe you try to ignore it for a while.
But it stays.
I’ve come to trust that.
Not everything is meant to be loud or obvious.
Some things are meant to be followed quietly.
When you reach out, I don’t just look at logistics.
I pay attention to what you share—
and what sits underneath it.
There’s usually a thread running through it.
Something consistent. Something honest.
That’s where I begin.
From there, I shape something around you—
a place, a pace, a direction that aligns with where you are,
not just where you think you should go.
We refine it together until it feels settled.
Not perfect.
Just right.
While the experience itself may feel intuitive,
the process is grounded.
Through my affiliation with a licensed host agency,
I work with trusted travel partners to plan and book your trip—
from accommodations to experiences and the details in between.
If you already know where you want to go,
I’ll help you get there well.
If you don’t…
we start there.
Welcome to Liminal Escapes.
— Sabina
